Since 2003, the Biodiversity of Singapore Symposium had been a once-in-four-years gathering of passions for Singapore's biodiversity.

This year, the fourth BoSS is themed around the changing Biodiversity and Conservation landscape of Singapore, with the organising committee aiming to encourage the next generation to play a greater role in protecting the biodiversity and environment in Singapore.

25 speakers, each from different specialisations across four broad categories - Human-Ecosystem Conflict, Connecting with Nature, Ecosystem and Species Studies, and Youth-for-Youth Efforts in the biodiversity scene - will be giving short and intriguing 5-minute presentations throughout this one day symposium.

All presentations are opened to the public, with the symposium fees being priced at S$10 per individual and S$6 per student (school up to tertiary institutions including graduate students).

While you can be assured that the fees collected will go to a good cause, it will also cover a morning coffee and two afternoon tea sessions.
